Founded in 2016 by Jean-Charles Samuelian and Charles Gorintin, Alan is the first independent digital health insurance in France since 1986.

By providing our members with delightful health insurance bundled with innovative healthcare services, Alan's long-term goal is to help all people have a personalized and accessible healthcare experience.

As of today, Alan covers more than 250,000 members, representing over €160m+ of annualized revenue. We recently raised a further €185m in a series D funding round bringing the company’s total valuation to €1.4bn. The team is 450+ people and growing. - Our products are now the best proof of our mission, with Alan Mind (dedicated to mental health), and unique health services accessible for free to our members (like Alan Clear, making eye care simple).
- Now, we want people to think about Alan when they think about health. 
- Your mission - if you choose to accept it - will be to make Alan THE leading voice in health topics and THE MOST LOVABLE brand in Europe, in a lean and efficient way.  

Missions
- Define Alan’s brand content strategy in Europe (how can our content embody and demonstrate our mission?) - with both a strategic, long-term approach and a more tactical approach (around 1.5M€ budget).Enforce this strategy to address every step of the funnel, from awareness to conversion (examples: lead the brand content production and distribution, organize events to position Alan as the most innovative health brand, identify the best partners to endorse our brand…)
- Build the “Alan content factory”, mentoring the content managers, scaling the content production capabilities, developing processes and the Alan brand content playbook 
- Assess the impact on key metrics (awareness, consideration, conversion)
- Act as brand ambassador at Alan and craft an inspiring and impactful brand experience at each stage of the customer journey (eg. make sure we have a consistent messaging and tone of voice in our external communications, in our products…)

Key outcome by Year 1
- We have a clear B2B and B2C brand content roadmap for the next 6 months
- We are THE leading voice in mental health topics in France
- We have a playbook and clear guidelines (example: homogenization of the tone of voice and the messaging in our comms and our product; toolkits for Alaners to be autonomous when they want to communicate…)
- We have set up a monitoring to assess the impact of our brand & content initiatives

Profile
- You know how to combine data and creativity
- You have a solid experience in brand content, you have already successfully built a stellar brand (B2B+B2C brand is a plus)
- You are both strategic and hands-on
- You have a strong leadership
- Soft skills: You have empathy, you are humble, you are able to give and take feedback.
